The TCG Lab offers both live pack openings, as well as sealed/graded/ungraded products. If you'd like to participate in live pack openings - place an order on the shop before or during stream, and I'll open your packs live! If you'd like to have your packs shipped to you sealed, place a note in your order, and I'll ship them to you sealed for you to open yourself!

The TCG Lab uses both Paypal, and debit/credit card processing through Square. Most major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) are supported.

The TCG Lab has a zero returns policy. Considering the nature of opening packs, as well as the prevalence of re-sealing products, any items purchased on the shop are ineligible for returns.
